Free Health Plans
We believe that everyone should have access to affordable and quality health insurance. We offer no-cost Health Insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace for individuals with qualifying income.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 19 years of age
- Applicants CANNOT have other insurance. This includes Medicare, Medicaid, and current Marketplace coverage (healthcare.gov)
- Estimated Income must fall within the below threshold for 2024

Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas
Monthly Income requirements
Household of 1: $1,075 – $ 2,083
Household of 2: $1,451 – $2,333
Household of 3: $1,830 – $2,917
Alabama, Alaska*, Arizona, Arkansas*, Delaware, Illinois*, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon*, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin
Monthly Income requirements
Household of 1: $1,657 – $2,083
Household of 2: $2,003 – $2,917
Household of 3: $2,525 – $3,917

Plan Options Include
- $0 for unlimited primary care visits
- Urgent Care, ER and hospital coverage
- $0-$5 generic prescription on certain plans
